ITS Training and Development Facilitation Team

The ITS Training facilitation team together has logged over 100 years of insurance experience and application. They have contributed to the success of insurance operations at all levels and throughout all functions and processes. In addition to their participation in business operations, our facilitators have also contributed to system conversion efforts and process change initiatives.

The ITS Training and Development Facilitation Team is comprised of members with skills in two important arenas:

Insurance Professionals
Each ITS Training facilitator is an individual who is a subject matter expert, having practical business experience and not just "theoretical" experience, in the area which they are facilitating, whether the topic is life insurance and annuities, property and casualty insurance or business process and/or system change techniques. 

Training and Development Professionals 
In addition to having practical business expertise, each ITS Training facilitator also understands adult learning methodology and is skilled in interacting with people and encouraging learning in a fun, but productive, environment.
