The Services Team takes a holistic approach to designing and developing training materials and courses and is comprised of members with skills in two important arenas:

Insurance Professionals
ITS Training gathers together subject matter experts representing all lines of insurance - from life insurance and annuities to property and casualty. These are staff members with years of experience with some of the biggest and most successful insurance companies around who have worked on successful projects associated with teaching large numbers of staff about the business of insurance, new products or systems or all three!

Training and Development Professionals 
ITS Training relies on training professionals who understand adult learning methodology and the range of approaches available who also have insurance industry experience…..they've walked in your shoes and understand what it takes to improve performance in a unique and ever-changing industry.
