Contract Service Example
Client Need:
The Client, a multi-faceted service organization offering an array of insurance products to member customers, needed to design and develop just-in-time training and materials for 100 new customer service representatives who would use an existing system to respond to customer questions and make adjustments to policies and member records.

The Solution:
An ITS training and development consultant was engaged to work onsite with an internal training staff member to design and develop a training course and materials within an 8-week time frame. This consultant had insurance business knowledge and experience and was able to quickly learn the existing system and hit the ground running on development.

The consultant was also responsible for bringing best practice training approaches to the project and for sharing deliverable production and facilitation with the internal training staff member. Aggressive deadlines were met and all new employees were trained to handle customer questions and requests with acceptable quantity and quality scores.
